We believe it is our purpose to transform the way that we approach community, education, knowledge, leadership, sustainability &
transformation.

HOW WE CHANGE THE WORLD

1. We believe liberation is the curriculum.

Education is not just about facts; it’s about freedom. Our people don’t need another textbook — they need a blueprint for becoming.

2. We refuse to work within broken systems.
We’re not here to be accepted. We’re here to build new institutions that accept our people as they are.

3. We teach what the world forgot.
Critical thought. Creative resistance. Cultural pride. Emotional endurance. Our classrooms are launching pads, not cages.

4. We build leaders, not students.
Everyone who walks through our doors will be challenged to build, disrupt, and lead — not just participate.

5. We fund our future, not our oppression.
We call out the philanthropic industrial complex. If your grant sustains the problem, we don’t want it.

6. We trust community over credentials.
We don’t care where you went to school. We care about what you’re building in your block.

7. We design rituals of resilience.
Healing is baked into our pedagogy. Self-care is not soft — it’s how rebels stay alive.

8. We don’t scale programs — we scale power.
You can’t mass-produce transformation. But you can awaken it in every city, neighborhood, and heart.

9. We are not the alternative — we are the upgrade.
You don’t “choose” Educ8. You defect from mediocrity. You leave the matrix. You become fully alive.

10. We are the movement your children will study.
One day, they’ll say: “They saw the system was collapsing — and built something better.”

CHALLENGING

THE

STATUS QUO

Innovation will create onramps for the next generation of activists, learners, and organizers to effectively engage in our rapidly changing society. We build custom, grassroots models that drive community impact for districts, organizations, youth, and young professionals. We are focused on giving them the tools for agency, critical thought, healing, opportunity, transformation, and vision-casting that produce grit, increase resilience, and redefine community-led power-building. We champion the idea that all people can learn from one another and that we need each other to reach our greatest potential individually and collectively in order to create communities with shared purpose.

Here is the reality of why we do what we do and the social realities we innovate:

  • 85% of the 2030 jobs were not yet created in 2020 -- the world is changing faster than ever.

  • 71% of all new jobs created come from small businesses in America.

  • 73,000,000 jobs are projected to be eliminated by AI technology by 2030.

  • Pre-COVID, 96% of Black-owned businesses did not have paid employees.

  • 69% of all students who begin high school in Ohio do not graduate from college/university.
  • 50% of all workers are projected to be gig workers by 2030.
  • By 2031, 72% of jobs in the US will require postsecondary education or training.

  • In the first quarter in 2025, under a new administration, 300,000 Black women lost their jobs.

We are problem-solvers committed to effective, efficient, equitable,  and ethical solutions for vulnerable populations while creating sustainable solutions that drive clients' performance, preparedness, and productivity.

Our clientele most commonly comes from the following spaces:

Athletic Departments

Colleges + Universities

Conferences + Symposiums
